Refund Shipping
Casa-treasure offers a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:
- Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
- Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date, and content.
Except for the important interpretation, Tech-treasure will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:
1. Orders Delayed
Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, and expired 45 days after orders departed from the Tech-treasure warehouse.
Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and made it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact the local post office or go to the post office for delivery.
2. Orders not Received
Casa-treasure will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
i. If You do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.
ii. Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed below:
a) Incorrect/insufficient address.
b) No such number.
c) Unknown recipient.
d) Refused.
e) Do not pick up in time.
f) No safe delivery location.
g) Uncleared customs.
3. Products Damaged
Casa-treasure offers a full refund or a replacement if the packages arrived are badly damaged.
Casa-treasure offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches, etc.).
For electronic products, Contact us via Contact Us page within 10 days after packages are delivered.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products
Casa-treasure has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. Casa-treasure will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
a. For incorrect products, Tech-treasure offers a full refund or replacement.
b. For products with the wrong color, size which doesn't affect product function, etc., Tech-treasure offers a refund or resend.
c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, Tech-treasure may refund partially or resend the missing part, for parts missing that affect product function, Tech-treasure will resend the product only.
5. Order Cancellation
After finalizing the checkout of an order, you may adjust certain details by contacting us via this Contact Form within 6 hours of order placement. Following this, the order will be sent to suppliers, and you will no longer be able to adjust order details or cancel the order.
Please note that if you cancel your order after 06 hours of order placement, you will be held responsible for the payment fee as this fee is non-refundable.
